പൊടിക്കാറ്റ്, ഇടിമിന്നല്‍, അതിശക്ത മഴ, അസാധാരണമായ പകലിലേക്ക് ഉണർന്ന് ദില്ലി, വീഡിയോ വൈറല്‍
പതിവിന് വിപരീതമായി അസാധാരണമായ ഒരു പുലര്‍ച്ചെയായിരുന്നു ഇന്ന് ദില്ലിക്കാര്‍ കണികണ്ടത്. ശാന്തമായ പ്രകൃതിക്ക് പകരം ശക്തമായ പൊടിക്കാറ്റിന് പിന്നാലെ കനത്ത ഇടിയും മിന്നലും ഒപ്പം അതിശക്തമായ മഴയുമായിരുന്നു ഇന്ന ദില്ലിയിലും പരിസര പ്രദേശങ്ങളിലും അനുഭവപ്പെട്ടത്. ഇടിമിന്നലോട് കൂടിയ കാറ്റ് മണിക്കൂറില്‍ 70 -80 കിലോമീറ്റര്‍ വേഗതയിലാണ് സഞ്ചരിക്കുന്നതെന്ന് ഇന്ത്യന്‍ കാലാവസ്ഥാ വകുപ്പ് മുന്നറിയിപ്പ് നല്‍കുന്നു. ഇന്ന് പുലര്‍ച്ചയോടെ അതിശക്തമായ പൊടിക്കാറ്റോടെയാണ് അസാധാരണമായ സംഭവങ്ങൾക്ക് തുടക്കം. പൊടിക്കാറ്റ് രാജ്യ തലസ്ഥാനത്തെ മുഴുവനായും മൂടി. ശക്തമായ മഴയും ഇടിമിന്നലിന്‍റെയും വരവായിരുന്നു പിന്നാലെ. ഇതോടെ സമൂഹ മാധ്യമങ്ങളില്‍ നാടകീയമായ നിരവധി വീഡിയോകളും പങ്കുവയ്ക്കപ്പെട്ടു. വളരെ ചെറിയ സമയം കൊണ്ട് തന്നെ പല താഴ്ന്ന പ്രദേശങ്ങളും വെള്ളത്തില്‍ മുങ്ങി. കാറ്റിന്‍റെ ഹുങ്കാരം കേട്ടാണ് ഉറക്കം ഉണര്‍ന്നതെന്ന് നിരവധി പേരാണ് കുറിച്ചത്. ചില സ്ഥലങ്ങളില്‍ ഏതാണ്ട് 20 മിനിറ്റോളം കാറ്റ് വീശിയെന്ന് ചിലരെഴുതി. മറ്റ് ചിലർ പൊടിക്കാറ്റിനെയും മഴയെയും കുറിച്ചായിരുന്നു പരാതിപ്പെട്ടത്.

അപ്രതീക്ഷിതമായെത്തിയ പൊടിക്കാറ്റില്‍ ദില്ലിയിലെ വിമാന സര്‍വ്വീസുകൾ പലതും റദ്ദാക്കപ്പെട്ടു. 46 മിനിട്ട് വരെ വൈകിയാണ് നിരവധി വിമാനങ്ങൾക്ക് വിമാനത്താവളത്തിലിറങ്ങിയത്. പല വിമാനങ്ങളും ഒരു മണിക്കൂറോളം വൈകിയാണ് പുറപ്പെട്ടത്. വിമാന യാത്രക്കാരോട് പുതുക്കിയ സമയക്രമം നോക്കി വേണം വിമാനത്താവളങ്ങളിൽ എത്താനെന്ന് വിമാനക്കമ്പനികൾ അഭ്യര്‍ത്ഥിച്ചു. മോത്തി ബാഗ്, ദ്വാരക, ഖാൻപൂർ, മിന്‍റോ റോഡ്, ലജ്പത് നഗർ, സൗത്ത് എക്സ്റ്റൻഷൻ റിംഗ് റോഡ് തുടങ്ങിയ പ്രദേശങ്ങളിൽ കനത്ത വെള്ളക്കെട്ട് രൂപപ്പെട്ടു. പലയിടങ്ങളിലും രാവിലെ തന്നെ ഗതാഗത തടസവും നേരിട്ടു. ശക്തമായ കാറ്റിൽ മരങ്ങൾ കടപുഴകി. വൈദ്യുതി തൂണികൾ പലതും വീണത് ചില ഇടങ്ങളില്‍ വൈദ്യുതി പ്രതിസന്ധിയുണ്ടാക്കി. അസാധാരണമായ കാലാവസ്ഥയായതിനാല്‍ ജനങ്ങളോട് വീടുകളില്‍ തന്നെ ഇരിക്കാന്‍ അധികൃതര്‍ നിര്‍ദ്ദേശം നല്‍കിയെന്നും റിപ്പോര്‍ട്ടില്‍ പറയുന്നു.
